It all started with a tiger finch.

It was the legendary Tigerfink shoe by Tiger Swiss that inspired Susanne von Albertini to open her shop at Kreuzstrasse 36 in Zurich in 1993. The black and white pattern with the red pom-pom – cheeky, wild and endearing at the same time – struck a chord with the founder.

Since then, a small wonderland has sprung up around this iconic shoe – colorful, playful, stylish and very close to the needs of families.

A shop like a home – for generations.

Today's Tiger-Fink , a charming shopping oasis in the heart of Zurich, is a meeting place for young and old – and now for the fourth generation of our customers. For babies, kids, teens, and tweens, we offer colorful chic, clever everyday helpers, and original gift ideas. The selection ranges from high-quality wooden toys and lovingly chosen accessories to classic children's books, vintage finds, and fun novelty items that will delight not only children.

With heart, hand, and attitude.

A particularly cherished project is their own Worker collection , which – like Tiger-Fink itself – is produced with great care in Switzerland: sustainable, high-quality, organic, and fair. The designs are adaptable, practical, cheerful – and above all, uncomplicated. This is what makes fashion for children truly enjoyable.
