The general terms and conditions (GTC)

General

It is our aim to serve you according to your needs and to your complete satisfaction. Therefore, these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) form the basis of a fair customer relationship. By submitting an order, you agree to the GTC. These General Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time. Therefore, the GTC valid at the time of ordering apply to all contracts.

Prices

All prices are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include the statutory VAT of 8.1%. Cava AG accepts credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) as payment. If you wish to place an order with prepayment, please contact us by email: info@tiger-fink.ch

Order / Delivery within Switzerland

Deliveries are made either after authorization of payment by credit card (Visa/MasterCard). Products are delivered immediately if in stock. Otherwise, a written order confirmation will be sent via email with the expected delivery date. We deliver orders within Switzerland for a flat shipping fee of CHF 8.- including VAT.

International deliveries

International deliveries are generally possible. However, import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient, may apply. Please contact our sales department by email before placing your order to obtain payment and delivery terms for your desired product.

Exchange/Return

Your order on www.tiger-fink.ch is binding. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of receipt. Please check the delivery for accuracy and damage upon receipt and forward any complaints to us immediately. The delivery is considered approved 5 days after receipt.

Liability

Cava AG accepts no liability for non-delivery or delayed delivery of products due to incorrectly declared delivery addresses, absence of the recipient, or events attributable to force majeure.

Data and security

Only the data necessary for processing your order will be collected. We are committed to treating personal customer data confidentially in accordance with data protection legislation. Customer data will neither be passed on to third parties nor used for third-party advertising.
