The General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

General

It is our aim to serve you according to your needs and to your full satisfaction. Therefore, these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are to be seen as the basis of a fair customer relationship. By submitting an order, you agree to the terms and conditions. Changes to these general terms and conditions are possible at any time. The GTC valid at the time of the order therefore apply to all contracts.

Prices

All prices are in CHF (Swiss francs) and include the statutory VAT of 7.7% Cava AG accepts credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) as a means of payment. If you would like to place an order against prepayment, please contact us by email: info@tiger-fink.ch

Order / delivery within Switzerland

Deliveries are made either after authorization of payment by credit card (Visa / Master Card) The products are delivered immediately, provided they are in stock. Otherwise, a written order confirmation will be sent via e-mail with the expected delivery date. We deliver orders within Switzerland for a flat-rate shipping fee of CHF 8 including VAT.

deliveries abroad

Deliveries abroad are generally possible. However, import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient, may apply. Before placing your order, please contact the sales manager by e-mail to find out the terms of payment and delivery for your desired product.

Exchange/Return

Your order on www.tiger-fink.ch is binding. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of receipt. We ask you to check the delivery for correctness and integrity upon receipt and to forward any complaints to us immediately. 5 days after receipt of the delivery, it is considered approved.

Liability

Cava AG assumes no liability in the event of undeliverability or delayed delivery of products due to incorrectly declared delivery addresses, the absence of the recipient, or events attributable to force majeure.

data and security

Only the data required to process the order is recorded. We undertake to treat personal customer data confidentially in accordance with data protection legislation. The customer data is neither passed on to third parties nor used for third-party advertising.
